• Support the Senior LMS Administrator with day‑to‑day learning management systems (LMS) administration, end‑user helpdesk support, and management of additional platforms such as the EPIC Learning Platform and Franklin Covey’s Impact Platform.
• Perform user account management and access, instructor‑led activity and roster maintenance, learner troubleshooting, and maintenance projects.
• Work closely with the EOD training team to ensure accuracy and timeliness of program and workshop preparations, communications, scheduling, and materials.
• Provide occasional facilitation support alongside trainers, contributing to campus‑wide training initiatives that promote professional development across the university.
