Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney to be located in Riverside or Glendale, CA. We are looking for an Associate Attorney who has experience in civil litigation, personal injury and insurance defense and will handle daily tasks such as providing legal advice, conducting research, and representing clients in court. Additional responsibilities include negotiating settlements and drafting legal documents and correspondence.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Law and providing Legal Advice
- Experience in Labor and Employment Law
- Skills in conducting thorough Research
- Strong Negotiation abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Active membership in the California State Bar
- Ability to work collaboratively with a legal team
- Experience in representing public entities or corporations is a plus
