We are recruiting a Cleaning Operative to join our team based at Radius Riverside, Antrim. This is a great opportunity to join a world-leading facilities management company. Working Pattern:
- 10 Hours per week
- Tuesday and Friday
- 5 hours per day
- Flexibility on shift pattern
- Ensure all areas (offices, kitchen and rest areas) are cleaned efficiently and in a timely manner to the required standards, including weekly and periodic tasks.
- Use cleaning chemicals safely as detailed by the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) guidelines.
- Maintain full working knowledge of all cleaning equipment, materials and agents and operate cleaning equipment as directed by the Line Manager after correct training.
- Report immediately any equipment that is faulty, mark as faulty and do not use.
- Knowledge of scrubber dryer operation would be advantageous.
- Carry out any and all other cleaning duties as required.
- Attention to detail in all aspects of the work.
- Clean and valid driving licence; access to own car is beneficial.
- Leads by example and lives our values; enthusiastic and passionate about customer service and reputation.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and on own initiative; flexible with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Basic statutory training for the role; candidate must have basic reading, writing, speaking and listening skills to understand safety and work instructions and communicate with customers daily.
