Location: Riverside, CA 92501
Shift: 2nd Shift | 3:00 PM 11:30 PM | Monday Friday
Pay Rate: $/hr (DOE)
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

We are currently seeking a highly skilled TIG Aluminum Welder in Aerospace for a reputable manufacturing facility in Riverside. This role requires experience with complex weldments and a strong background in the fabrication of aluminum components to exact specifications. Candidates must be experienced, quality-focused, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a welding-related role involving one or more of the following:

  • Design: Creating drawings or plans for weldment construction

  • Production: Planning/control of welding procedures, equipment, materials, or personnel

  • Construction: Hands-on experience as a welder, fitter, or in weldment fabrication

  • Inspection: Measuring weld quality or verifying fabrication compliance

  • Repair: Performing structural or cosmetic repairs on weldments

• Technical courses in welding or related engineering disciplines

• Completion of a trade/vocational program in welding or a closely related field

• Extensive hands-on experience with TIG welding (Aluminum) in Aerospace

• Familiarity with welding codes, standards, and fabrication best practices

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to read and interpret blueprints

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Committed to quality and safety in a manufacturing environment
