Senior Custodian, Auxiliary Facilities Services

UC Riverside's Auxiliary Facilities Services is recruiting for the Senior Custodian. The full salary range for the Senior Custodian is $25.00 - $28.89 per hour
. The realized minimum pay for this position will be $25 an hour
.

Positions may include shifts scheduled across all seven days of the week and throughout the day. Specific schedules will be discussed at the time of interview.

Responsibilities ul>

Perform a variety of custodial tasks to care, maintain, disinfect, sanitize, and preserve campus facilities.

Clean, dust, strip, wax, sweep, mop, polish, disinfect, sanitize, wash, vacuum, replenish restrooms, and remove refuse/recycling throughout campus facilities, conference rooms, elevators, stairwells, offices, classrooms, laboratories, auditoriums, restrooms, lounges, hallways, residential facilities, exteriors, etc.

May work independently or as part of a team in assigned work areas.

Maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, staff, faculty and students.

Qualifications

Valid driver's license and a driving record that is in accordance with local policies/procedures.
Enroll in the California Employer Pull Notice Program.
Current work authorization required when accepting a UCR staff position.
Currently unable to sponsor or take over employment Visa sponsorship for staff.
