Responsibilities
  • Mentor and coach agents on business growth and goal achievement
  • Contribute to office culture and collaboration
  • Lead small group or one-on-one coaching sessions
  • Support new agents with systems, models, and accountability
  • Maintain personal production while expanding leadership impact
  • Help identify and attract potential agents for the office
  • Implement strategies that drive consistency and team results
  • Participate in office meetings, training, and leadership events
Qualifications
  • Superb customer service and communication skills
