The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing the warehouse team to ensure the efficient movement, storage, and distribution of raw materials, parts, and finished goods to support ENC’s bus manufacturing operations. This hands‑on supervisory role ensures materials are delivered to production and assembly areas in a timely manner while maintaining safety, quality, and inventory accuracy. The Warehouse Supervisor works closely with production and various departments to optimize workflow, prevent material shortages, and support manufacturing schedules.

This position is onsite, Monday–Friday, with core hours from 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

• Lead, coach, and mentor warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, performance feedback, and professional development.
• Ensure team members are properly trained in warehouse procedures, safety standards, and material handling equipment operation.
• Promotes a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence.

• Assigns daily work activities and adjusts staffing levels to meet operational requirements.
• Oversee all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, staging, and distribution of materials and components.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials to production lines to prevent downtime and support manufacturing schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, stock levels, and operational metrics.
• Utilize ERP and/or Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track material movements, analyze operational data, and implement corrective actions as needed.

• Monitor and manage key warehouse performance indicators, including inventory accuracy, on‑time material delivery, labor efficiency, and overtime utilization.
• Drive and support continuous improvement initiatives aligned with lean manufacturing principles.
• Identify root causes of operational inefficiencies and implement sustainable corrective and preventive actions.
• Foster a safe, organized, and collaborative work environment that encourages accountability and high performance.

• Enforce company safety policies and regulatory requirements within the warehouse.
• Conduct periodic audits of warehouse operations to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Production, Purchasing, Quality, and Engineering to ensure material availability and operational alignment.
• Communicate warehouse performance metrics, issues, and action plans to management.

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing support operations.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and workflow coordination.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a team, fostering accountability and high performance.
• Excellent organizational, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with inventory tracking systems, ERP systems, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and ability to enforce compliance in a warehouse environment.

• Experience in commercial vehicle, bus, or heavy‑duty manufacturing.
• Knowledge of lean principles, continuous improvement, or process optimization.
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional warehouse operations to support production schedules.
• Prior experience implementing warehouse process improvements or efficiency initiatives.

The salary range reflected on the job posting is our good faith estimate of what we expect to pay for this role at the time of posting. While we do not typically hire at the top of the salary range, initial offers are based on the candidate’s qualifications and experience, with opportunities for growth and increases over time.

The hiring range for this position is $70,300 - $79,000 per year.
