Assistant Operations Manager

This position involves supporting regional operations for a national provider in the outdoor structures industry, focusing on coordinating installations, managing inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction. • Anticipate $75,000 annual base (+/-)

Responsibilities

• Recruit and coordinate contractors/installers for timely project completion.
• Drive customer satisfaction through proactive communication on repairs/service.
• Manage warehouse personnel for order preparation and staging.
• Assist in inventory control, purchasing, and warehouse safety.
• Foster a motivated team environment for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 4+ years in installation/relevant construction or building materials.
• Exceptional customer service and MS Office proficiency.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in office/manufacturing settings.
• Reports to location manager; full-time in-person.
