Operations Manager, Talent Manager
We are seeking an experienced Collection Lead to support and strengthen our enhanced collections operations. Reporting to the Enhanced Collections Supervisor, this role serves as a lead worker who provides hands‑on training, performance coaching, and day‑to‑day floor support in a fast‑paced production environment. The ideal candidate brings strong collections expertise, sound judgment, and a collaborative leadership style to help ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with court processes.
This position plays a key role in optimizing workflow, resolving complex cases, supporting staff development, and maintaining high‑quality customer service. The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED and at least three years of experience in a high‑volume collections environment, including making outbound collection calls, conducting in‑person and phone interviews to assess ability to pay, setting up payment plans, and researching and resolving past‑due accounts, preferably within a court or legal setting.
This recruitment will fill a current vacancy at the Riverside Hall of Justice in addition to establishing a countywide eligibility list.
