WHY THIS ROLE, WHY NOW

California will define the next decade of climate action, and the resources behind that work have to keep pace. Enviro Voters is scaling its institutional funding program, and we need a senior fundraiser who can lead people, own strategy, and represent the organization with our most important foundation partners. This role sits at the center of a growing team, shaping how we cultivate funders, build the pipeline, and turn ambitious climate and justice campaigns into sustained investment.

  • Management of a growing institutional giving team, with authority to shape systems, strategy, and portfolio assignments
  • Ownership of a portfolio of the organization's most significant institutional funders, with direct responsibility for cultivation, solicitation, and negotiation
  • A leadership seat in departmental planning, revenue forecasting, and annual budgeting
  • Dual-entity fundraising across c3 and c4 structures, work that few institutional giving roles offer
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision and dental coverage, 401(k) with employer match,12 days PTO, 12 holidays, a year-end office closure between Christmas and New Year, and additional benefits that support employee well-being and work-life balance
