Coordinator, Maintenance and Operations

Under the general supervision of the Executive Director of Operational Support Services (OSS), the job of the Coordinator, Maintenance and Operations is for the purpose of providing program coordination across all RCOE sites, quality assurance, and mid-range operational planning for custodial, grounds, and maintenance functions. The Coordinator ensures consistent implementation of standards, supports operational efficiency across locations, and provides specialized expertise to Managers and OSS leadership.

This is a designated management position and is part of the Management Leadership Team and is exempt from the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).

Required experience:

Minimum five (5) years of increasingly responsible experience in maintenance, custodial, and/or grounds operations, including at least two (2) years in a lead, supervisory, or coordinating capacity. Experience in multi-site operations, program coordination, or quality assurance is highly desirable. Required education:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university with a degree in business administration, public administration, construction management, or related field. Alternatively, in addition to the five (5) year minimum requirement of experience stated above, year-for-year of relevant experience in place of education may be substituted for each year of required education. A minimum of nine (9) years of relevant experience would satisfy both employment requirements.

FLSA status:
Exempt.
