The PositionAs a Branch Manager
, you will provide the overall vision and leadership for your local branch, taking full ownership of all business operations in your market.
In this role, you will build and manage high-performing teams to ensure we consistently delight our clients and drive robust financial results. This position has total ownership of our local service quality, client relationship management and retention, new business development, workplace safety, and the overall culture of the branch.
Key Responsibilities Leadership & Culture- Drive Local Culture: Champion a branch culture focused on exceptional service, quality, safety, and the promotion of our company’s core values.
- Provide Direction: Set a clear vision for the branch, ensuring all team members understand and align with local goals and performance objectives.
- Develop Talent: Build strong, cohesive teams by creating and implementing personalized professional growth and career progression plans for your team members.
- Cultivate Partnerships: Drive customer satisfaction and retention by developing deep, trust-based relationships with the branch’s top-tier clients.
- Coach for Success: Guide and mentor team members to deliver outstanding customer service and clear, proactive communication.
- Bridge Operations & Sales: Ensure Account Managers and Production Managers coordinate seamlessly to deliver quality landscaping and follow through on client requests.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee our structured Site Quality Audit process alongside your management team to proactively identify property maintenance needs and enhancement opportunities.
- Market Strategy: Develop a localized growth strategy by identifying target client segments and high-value prospects.
- Active Prospecting: Proactively seek out potential clients and establish new commercial business relationships.
- Industry Networking: Organize, participate in, and lead local networking events to build brand equity and represent the company as a respected industry leader.
- P&L Management: Review and actively manage the branch budget, monthly P&L performance, and the overall financial health of your location.
- Accurate Estimating: Collaborate with the management team to ensure all work bids and service proposals are accurate, profitable, and appropriately priced.
- Exceed KPIs: Drive team performance across our four primary measures of organizational health:
safety, customer retention, portfolio growth, and profitability
