Overview

Under the general direction of the Senior Director of Finance and Business Operations, the Associate Director for Finance and Business Operations (ADFBO) serves as an influential and collaborative member of the Administrative Services and Strategic Executive Team (ASSET). The ADFBO manages diverse, complex general and healthcare administrative functions, space management, and financial, budgetary, and contracts/grants operations for the executive leadership of the Vice Chancellor of Health, Well‑being, and Safety (HWS).

The incumbent coordinates critical divisional activities, including annual budget planning, comprehensive budget processes, monthly executive‑level financial reporting, commitment tracking, and the management of the Vice Chancellor's discretionary resource pool.
