Overview

The Operations Manager is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving operational efficiency, ensuring productivity, and aligning day-to-day operations with the organization's strategic objectives. Acting as the bridge between executive leadership and operational teams, this role ensures seamless interdepartmental collaboration, resource optimization, and the adoption of best practices. Responsibilities
  • 1. Provide strategic leadership to operations teams across 1st and 2nd shifts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals to optimize productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
  • 2. Oversee operational functions, including logistics, supply chain, and facilities management, ensuring streamlined workflows and adherence to quality standards.
  • 3. Evaluate and continuously improve operational processes by identifying inefficiencies, implementing industry best practices, and adopting innovative solutions.
  • 4. Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing operations team by setting clear objectives, offering ongoing feedback, and fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth.
  • 5. Manage budgets, resources, and operational plans effectively to meet financial targets, minimize costs, and ensure sustainable business practices.
Minimum Requirements
  • 1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 2. 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably within logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing environments.
  • 3. Proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams and driving continuous operational improvements.
Preferred Requirements
  • Experience working with a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Familiarity with compliance regulations and operational standards within logistics and supply chain industries.
