A production associate works hands‑on assembling full truck bodies, contributing strength, precision, and pride to every build.

As a production associate, you’ll be hands‑on in assembling full truck bodies, bringing strength, precision, and pride to every build. If you’re ready to roll up your sleeves and be part of something big, this is where your journey begins.

• Decode blueprints, work orders, and safety warnings to power precision in every task.
• Cut wood and metal with a range of saws, shears, and cutters to hit exact sizes.
• Assemble parts, fastening with bolts, screws, rivets, and clips that hold the structure together strong.
• Operate pneumatic and hand tools; set up machines and perform preventive maintenance.
• Inspect finished products to ensure top quality and catch any defects before they move on.
• Own safety and quality checks and follow company policies to create a secure workspace.

• Basic math, tape measurement, and computer skills.
• Working with hand and power tools.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints.

• Must be 18 years old.

• Previous experience in manufacturing.
• Previous experience working on truck bodies.
• Construction experience is a plus.
• High School Diploma or equivalent GED.

You will be on your feet standing for extended periods, walking, and using your hands to operate tools and equipment. Clear communication is required. You may lift up to 35 pounds and perform physical movements such as bending, squatting, reaching overhead, and occasionally crawling in tight spaces. Repetitive hand tasks and climbing ladders or working at heights are part of the role.
