Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager Food Industry professional for a direct hire opportunity with a food and beverage production organization in Riverside, CA. This full‑time leadership role is ideal for a hands‑on operations leader who can optimize manufacturing performance, strengthen supply chain execution, improve quality systems, and drive measurable business results. - Lead daily operations across production, supply chain, engineering, R&D, quality assurance, and related manufacturing functions.
- Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company goals, production targets, customer service expectations, and financial objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement, Lean manufacturing, process optimization, cost control, and productivity initiatives across the operation.
- Monitor KPIs, operational metrics, budgets, cash flow, P&L performance, and resource allocation to support informed business decisions.
- Oversee ERP system utilization, reporting, workflow improvements, and operational data analysis to improve efficiency and visibility.
- Ensure compliance with applicable FDA, USDA, SQF, CFIA, CODEX, quality, food safety, and workplace safety standards.
Salary range: $120,000 to $140,000 per year.
