Job Summary

We are seeking skilled Assembly Technicians to support the assembly of traction motors used in electric drive systems. The ideal candidates will have hands‑on experience in electromechanical assembly, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble traction motors according to blueprints, wiring diagrams, and work instructions
  • Perform mechanical fitting, electrical connections, winding, insulation, and final testing
  • Use hand and power tools, torque wrenches, and measuring instruments
  • Conduct visual and dimensional inspections for quality assurance
  • Maintain clean and organized workstations in accordance with safety regulations
  • Collaborate with engineering and QA teams to address assembly issues
  • Test the final product according the test procedure
Requirements:
  • 2–5 years of experience in electrical motor or mechanical/electromechanical assembly
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
  • Experience with stator/rotor assembly, winding, or similar motor components
  • Familiarity with torque specifications and precision measurement tools
  • Basic understanding of safety procedures (lockout/tagout, PPE)
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certificate or vocational training preferred
Preferred:
  • Experience with traction motors or EV/hybrid powertrain components
  • OSHA 10 or 30 certification
