Associate, Production - 1st Shift

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include (not in any priority):

* May be responsible for assembling components and/or boxes that will be utilized for packaging finished goods, as well as packing finished goods.

* May be responsible for palletizing packaged goods or components.

* May be responsible for operating a filling machine to fill components with manufactured products.

* May be responsible for Scanning packaged goods, items, or materials used in production.

* Responsible for following established safety rules, policies, and regulations.

* Responsible for following and adhering to goals set by management.

* Responsible for housekeeping of the department, as assigned by management.

* Other duties may apply as required.

* Pay rate is $16.90 per hour.

* Both first and second shifts available.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

* At least one year of experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.

* Read, write, and speak English; receive and provide clear instructions.

Qualification:

* Must be team-oriented.

* Must have the ability to stand for long periods of time.

* Must be able to lift a maximum of up to 30 lbs.

* Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus.

Working Conditions:

* Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed.

* Work in a production area with fast-moving equipment, moderate to high noise levels, and temperature changes.

* Perform repetitive lifting, bending, grasping, reaching, pulling, climbing, and work at the computer as needed.
