Position:
Senior Supervisor, Maintenance
Location:
Riverside, CA (Onsite). Onsite role with relocation assistance available. U.S. citizen, U.S. person, or immigration status requirements apply; sponsorship available if needed.

What You Will Do- Supervise, train, and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, mechanics, and electricians.
- Plan, prioritize, and assign daily maintenance work to support production schedules.
- Ensure timely execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
- Monitor equipment performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase reliability and efficiency.
- Coordinate maintenance activities during planned shutdowns, repairs, and emergency breakdowns.
- Maintain compliance with safety policies, OSHA regulations, and environmental standards.
- Review maintenance work orders, labor utilization, and spare parts inventory.
- Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Operations to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
- Analyze maintenance data and prepare reports on equipment reliability, downtime, and KPIs.
- Support capital projects, equipment installations, and process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure proper documentation of maintenance activities using CMMS or maintenance management systems.
- Availability to work flexible hours, weekends, or on-call schedules as needed.
- You Must Have
- Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience with minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 3 years' experience.
- 3–5 years of maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled equipment.
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS software.
- Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.
- Qualifications We Prefer
- Previous experience leading or supervising maintenance personnel.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
Lean Manufacturing, TPM, or Reliability Maintenance experience. - Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- Experience with automated manufacturing equipment and production systems.
- Strong leadership and team development abilities.

Salary range for this role is 95,500 USD - 181,700 USD. Hired applicants may be eligible for incentive programs based on level and other factors. This role is a U.S.
