Under the direction of the Production Supervisor, the Sorter is a key role in verifying and ensuring packaged orders are palletized to the assigned pick‑up carriers. Success in this position is measured by maintaining and/or surpassing the everyday standards of the client.
Schedule: AWW Fri‑Sun/9:00am-9:30pm (3/12‑hour shifts)
Pay Rate: $17.94 + $1.50 (shift differential for hours worked)
Status: Non‑exempt
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB- Responsible for sorting orders on different pallets depending on the carrier and the route.
- Keeps products separated, organized and in good rotation.
- Monitors product quality frequently, reporting problems to supervisor.
- Following proper Standard Operating Procedures and applicable FDA guidelines.
- Attention to detail and able to multitask.
- Quality checks all pallets or box orders.
- Able to stand for long periods of time.
- Other job functions or cross training may apply.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Used RF technology.
REQUIRED

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Self‑motivated
- Ability to multitask.
- Flexible schedule a must
- Positive approach to assigned tasks.
- Team player
- Follows written and verbal instructions.
- Able to work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.

Compensation is determined based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, internal equity, and geographic location. The posted range is presented to illustrate variables within these factors.
