Perform MIG, Flux Core, and Submerged Arc welding on carbon and stainless steel;
Weld in flat, overhead, vertical, and corner positions;
Select and use proper weld wire, gas, flux, and cutting methods (plasma, oxy-fuel);
Interpret and follow moderately complex blueprints and drawings for fabrication;
Use hand and power tools, including grinders, hammers, plate rolls, punch presses, and wrenches
