Quinn Company is offering the ThinkBIG program, designed to train future CAT dealer technicians through a comprehensive 4-year program. Participants will alternate between college education and on-the-job training, culminating in an Associate’s Degree.
Starting wage is $23.00, and successful candidates will learn essential skills while receiving mentorship. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with a mechanical aptitude test.
