Job Description
We are a leading soup production facility dedicated to delivering high-quality, safe, and delicious products to our customers. Our team works with precision and attention to detail to ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities- Load and unload trailers
- Ship finished goods materials
- Receive raw materials and organize them systematically
- Use company ERP System (M3 & Factory Track)
- Stage raw and pack materials following recipe sheets
- Batch and measure food ingredients and spices to proper specifications
- Lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Operate machinery to perform tasks and handle reset, replenishment, and unjamming
- Check finished goods for seals, temperature, and code date
- Perform Critical Control Point (CCP) for hot filling and cooling of product
- Document hard copy records and Safety Chain data logging
- Assist operator/lead with changeovers
- Sanitize general machinery, equipment, and production rooms
- Complete production paperwork: verify code date, master case labels, and weight
- Palletize product by Hi x Ti and configurations
- Work standing, climbing stairs, and up to 10 hours shifts
- Read, write, and communicate in English to comprehend tasks assigned
- Work on a 7‑day operation / 6‑day work week
- Work in a cold (35°) and wet environment
- Follow procedures regarding Safety, Food Safety, Quality, Efficiency, and Sanitation
- Operate hand truck, electric pallet jack/forklift, and stand‑up gear (training provided on‑site)
- Maintain current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs)
- Maintain production floor safety standards (no cell phones)
Start time is 4:00‑6:00 am. Part‑time or seasonal schedule variance may be required during off‑peak season.
Qualifications- Repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs
- Physical stamina for 10+ hour shifts, standing, and climbing stairs
- English reading, writing, and verbal communication
- Ability to work in a 7‑day operation / 6‑day work week
- Comfortable with cold (35°) and wet environment
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn company safety and food‑safety protocols

Benefits and PayStarting rates will be no less than the local minimum wage and may vary based on location, experience, and qualifications. Candidates with unique qualifications may be considered for compensation above this range. Associates may be eligible for a quarterly bonus.
