Monday - Thursday: 4am - 4pm
Friday: 4pm - 2:30pm
Saturday: 4am - 12:30pm

• Run a press machine supported by 3-8 employees.
• Supervise and manage a small team of press operators.
• Adhere to quality processes including in-process inspections to ensure compliance with quality specifications.
• Correctly interpret work orders and verify documentation.
• Work in a team environment, i.e. follow instructions.
• Maintain equipment and work area in a clean and orderly condition.
• Perform visual inspection to verify no defects or damage.
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested by supervisor or manager.
• Read, follow, and interpret planning and work order instructions.
• Verify part quantity and perform visual inspection for defects or damage.
• Maintain punctuality.
• Perform basic shop math (fractions, decimals).
• Navigate intranet to locate process documents; basic computer skills.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent

• Experience running Extrusion Presses.
• Experience in the Metal Extrusion industry.
• Ability to read orders.
• Experience in manufacturing.

The pay for this position is $27.77 - $28.74. Base salary will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and experience. We consider internal equity and pay equity.
