Entry-level Labor Position
Sierra Pacific Industries is hiring an entry-level labor position in Fiber Operations, Martell, California, with pay of $23.53 per hour.
Responsibilities- Learn and explore many jobs within the plant site, including production, equipment maintenance, and supervision.
- Fill in on various machine stations at the bark plant facility.
- Shovel, rake, and sweep wood byproducts.
- Remove material and clean out jams as necessary.
- Work in a fast‑paced and sometimes demanding environment.
- Perform repetitive lifting and work in both hot and cold conditions.
- Work may involve various shifts, overtime, and weekend work during busy production times.
- Recent related work history and verifiable references.
- Minimum age 18.
