Arrow Staffing is seeking a highly skilled CNC Setup Machinist for 2nd shift in Riverside, CA. The candidate will own complete setups on 3-, 4-, and 5-axis Haas/Fanuc CNC mills in a fast-paced aerospace environment.
This temp-to-hire role requires precision, strong blueprint reading and GD&T, and the ability to work independently or with a team. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on setup experience, full tool capability, and a proven track record in aerospace manufacturing.
