PLZ is seeking a Production Line Lead in Riverside, CA to drive line efficiency, optimize labor, and ensure safe, compliant operations. This on-site role provides on-the-floor leadership, coaching, coordination, and communication to support daily manufacturing activities.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years in manufacturing leadership and a solid grasp of safety, GMPs, quality systems, and troubleshooting. You will coach employees, monitor OEE, and help maintain accurate records and shift handoffs.
