EMPLOYMENT TYPE:
Temporary, (12 months) Full-Time, Non-Exempt
SCHEDULE:
Monday - Thursday 7 AM - 5:30 PM
TRAVEL:
Minimal (less than 10%) Occasional travel may be required, including day trips, overnight, and out-of-state travel.
LOCATION:
Riverside, California (On-site)
SALARY: $17.50 - $21.00 DOE
This is a full-time, temporary position expected to last approximately 12 months. While employment is intended for the duration of the assignment, all employment remains at will.
Our products incorporate leather; a material derived from animal sources. Team members in all roles may be required to handle or work near leather materials.

What You'll Do
Assembly & Production
- Review work orders, procedures, parts lists, and build instructions to prepare for production.
- Gather the correct parts, materials, and tools required for multiple product models.
- Lead the first position of the production assembly workstation, ensuring proper setup and material readiness.
- Assemble products and subassemblies across multiple production positions while following work instructions and quality standards.
- Operate hand tools and assembly equipment safely and effectively.
- Ensure proper sequencing, fit, and orientation of components throughout the assembly process.
Quality & Process Control
- Perform in-process inspections and functional checks to ensure products meet quality and safety standards.
- Identify assembly issues or product defects and resolve or elevate concerns appropriately.
- Maintain accurate production documentation as required.
- Follow the Phenix Quality System and all established manufacturing procedures.
- Support efficient material flow and production scheduling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles.
