Manufacturing Associate – Pallet Builder​/Repair

• Receive wood from the saw shop and piece it together with a nail gun along set stringers
• Stack finished products by hand for forklift operators to move to appropriate areas
• Follow company safety procedures to ensure personal and coworker safety
• Achieve high quality standards while maintaining a high volume of finished goods
• Build and repair wooden pallets from freshly cut or recycled wood to fulfill customer needs

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to lift wooden pallets which weigh about 50 lbs. on a regular basis
• Previous lumber, warehouse, construction, carpentry, landscaping, roofing, experience highly preferred
• Quick hands, attention to detail, commitment to quality
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Ability to work in extreme conditions including heat, cold, elements, and air particulate
• Repetitively lift up to 50-75 pounds and adjust body position to bend, stoop, walk, turn, pivot, and stand for entire shifts of varying lengths in time
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required, including eye protection, ear protection where mandatory, and safety shoes
• Specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, and color vision

Demonstrates expertise in building and repairing wooden pallets while adhering to safety procedures and quality standards. Capable of lifting heavy materials and working in various environmental conditions.
