Overview

Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to build brand presence and drive market engagement across the commercial vehicle and energy storage sectors. This role will translate complex technical solutions into compelling marketing narratives, manage strategic campaigns, and support revenue growth through strong positioning, events, and digital outreach.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote commercial vehicle battery systems and energy storage solutions
  • Create impactful marketing materials, presentations, and sales enablement content
  • Represent the organization at trade shows, conferences, and industry networking events
  • Partner with sales teams to generate qualified leads and support revenue goals
  • Manage social media channels, digital campaigns, and content calendars
  • Define product positioning and messaging in collaboration with engineering and sales
  • Own campaign planning, timelines, and performance tracking
  • Coordinate external vendors and agencies as needed
  • Produce case studies, pitch decks, one-pagers, and event materials
  • Track and report marketing KPIs including lead quality, conversion impact, and event ROI
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in technical, industrial, or technology-driven sectors
  • Experience marketing engineered or complex products preferred
  • Strong project management and multitasking capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort engaging with executive-level stakeholders
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools
  • Hands-on experience supporting trade shows and large events
  • Analytical mindset with ability to evaluate campaign performance
