DescriptionThe Grove's Communication Team ensures our messaging clearly reflects the heart and mission of the church. The App Manager & Copywriter owns written communication and digital messaging, with primary responsibility for The Grove App as a central engagement platform.

Works:
Part-time, approximately 25 hours per week, hourly
- Write and edit church-wide messaging for The Grove App.
- Serve as lead editor for ministry communication content.
- Draft and refine messaging for seasonal campaigns and high-level initiatives, such as the Love Offering.
- Maintain tone, clarity, and theological alignment across all written content.
- Segment audiences strategically within digital communication platforms.
- Execute and manage communication strategy within The Grove App.
- Schedule and publish content in alignment with the church calendar.
- Monitor engagement metrics and recommend adjustments.
- Partner on routine website content updates.
- Attend trainings and conferences as needed.
- Attend Communication Team meetings, staff devotions, all-staff meetings and required trainings.
