Brand Ambassador

Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Brand Ambassador to represent our company and promote our products across the Orange County / Inland Empire area. The ideal candidate is personable, creative, and passionate about building brand awareness, engaging with customers, and supporting marketing initiatives. This role plays a key part in maintaining our brand's positive image and driving customer engagement both in person and online.

• Promote company products and services to potential customers.
• Educate customers about product features, benefits, and brand values.
• Increase brand awareness through events, outreach, and social media.
• Maintain a positive and professional image of the brand at all times.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on promotional strategies.
• Create engaging social media content aligned with brand guidelines.
• Respond to online reviews and customer inquiries in a professional manner.
• Monitor customer feedback and report insights to leadership.
• Track customer preferences and share key findings with the team.
• Assist in planning and organizing marketing events or campaigns.
• Gather and report sales data and event performance metrics to the lead.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, etc).
• Exceptional customer service and networking abilities.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
• Adaptability and a proactive attitude in dynamic environments.
• Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Brand Ambassador.

• Experience in marketing, sales, or brand representation.
• Knowledge of influencer marketing or content creation best practices.
• Previous experience in customer-facing roles or event promotions.

• Pay Rate: $22 – $23 per hour (depending on experience)
• Schedule: Flexible hours; may include evenings and weekends for events.
