Medical Technician – Jurupa Valley

Savant of Jurupa Valley is looking to hire a Medical Technician.

• Provide direct care and medication assistance to residents, meeting or exceeding community expectations.
• Follow outlined procedures, physician's orders, and state laws when assisting or supervising residents with medications. Exhibit understanding of medication policy and procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent certificate; experience in a similar facility is preferred.
• Valid First Aid certification; CPR and Certified Nursing Assistant certification (state) may be required. Must meet continuing education requirements and maintain licenses, and pass required examinations or skills evaluations.
• Fluency in speaking, reading, and understanding English.
• Prolonged periods walking or standing.
• Ability to lift, carry, and place up to 25 pounds and to bend, stoop, and push constantly.

Pay rate $19.00-$21.50 per hour, DOE.
