Responsibilities
Responsible for covering clinical offices based on operational need. Assists in the examination and treatment of patients, takes vital signs, records patient charges, records patient history, assists in minor office procedures. Participates in patient education, communicating effectively with others and functioning in the scope of practice. Thorough knowledge of infection control and aseptic techniques. Required to work at varied locations.
Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED required. Current California licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse. Graduate of accredited school of Licensed Vocational Nursing. Two years’ experience preferred working as an LVN in a multi‑specialty group setting.
Certificates, Licenses, and RegistrationsCurrent California LVN License, Current AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional (AHA BLS Healthcare) required. Current ACLS Certification (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) required or preferred. IV Certification required.
HoursMonday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
