The Manager of Med Surg Tele will have 24-hour accountability for the daily operations of the unit. This leader will oversee clinical nursing care while supporting staffing, productivity, quality, safety, patient satisfaction, and employee engagement. The Med Surg Tele Nurse Manager will also assist with budget and financial responsibilities and ensure compliance with Title 22, Joint Commission, OBRA, and hospital standards.
Reporting to the Director of Nursing, the Manager of Med Surg Tele will provide visible leadership to nurses and clinical staff while serving as a key resource for the department. The ideal candidate will bring strong acute care experience and previous management or supervisory experience. This leader will help foster teamwork, support professional development, and promote a culture focused on safe, high-quality patient care.
