• Administer anesthesia to all age groups.
• Uphold Kaiser Permanente's Policies and Procedures.
• Comply with organizational rules, policies, and procedures.
• Evaluate patients pre-operatively by interviewing and examining them.
• Review charts for relevant information.
• Collaborate with MD to select anesthetic based on pre-operative examination.
• Demonstrate understanding of cognitive, physical, emotional, and chronological maturation processes.
• Monitor the patient intraoperatively.
• Evaluate operative and post-operative condition of patients and take necessary actions.
• Maintain an accurate accounting of controlled substances.

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.

• Experience in anesthesia preferred.

• Current RN License in California.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
