About This Role

The Specialty Unit Staff RN in the Hospital PACU provides professional nursing care, utilizing the nursing process in accordance with established standards. This role is ideal for experienced nurses who are flexible and committed to delivering high-quality patient care.

• Pay: $62 - $80/hour
• Location: Riverside, CA
• Facility: Riverside Medical Center
• Schedule: Full-time, Variable shifts

• Provide professional nursing care in the PACU.
• Develop and contribute to individualized plans of care.
• Monitor patient progress and revise care plans as needed.
• Ensure effective communication with patients and families regarding care and discharge instructions.
• Document nursing processes and interventions accurately.
• Participate in departmental performance improvement activities.
• Uphold policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor and coach team members in patient care activities.
• Maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
• Practice customer service standards and ensure patient confidentiality.

• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) required

• 1-year recent experience in PACU or Critical Care

• Current Registered Nurse License in California
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification preferred
