• Oversee all staff in the facility through partnerships with other organizations.
• Act as the on-site administrative designee for off-shifts and weekends.
• Assess and monitor clinical nursing practice for optimal patient care.
• Coordinate staffing for all shifts by maintaining appropriate staffing and skill levels.
• Manage decedent affairs and facilitate patient flow with stakeholders.
• Round on patient units to identify placement needs and available beds.
• Advocate for patients and monitor quality of care delivered.
• Supervise staff, assess their needs, and identify educational opportunities.
• Manage and resolve clinical, human resource, and safety issues.
