We are looking for a Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) with recent Home Health experience to visit patients in their homes in the Riverside area.
Apply your home health nursing experience and provide the high quality care to our patients. We thrive on our patient care in our communities!
Responsibilities and Duties- Assess patient's condition during every visit and chart observations
- Perform evaluation tasks, including vital signs
- Dress or redress open wounds and assess progress of healing
- Administer injections, blood draws and IV’s when appropriate
- Provide appropriate timely feedback to RN Case Manager and other professionals
- CA Vocational Nurse license required
- 1+ yr experience in Home Health
- Recent TB Skin Test or Chest X-Ray
- COVID Vaccine
- Physical examination within 6 months
- Health Care Provider CPR Certification
- Ability to travel (locally) with reliable transportation
