Quality Assurance Manager

Novaris Search is partnered with an established manufacturer operating within a regulated environment across OTC and adjacent product categories. The business is continuing to invest in its quality systems, site capabilities, and operational infrastructure, offering the opportunity to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment in a highly visible quality role.

The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee day-to-day QA activities across the site, supporting quality systems, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. This is a hands‑on role requiring strong GMP knowledge and the ability to work cross‑functionally in a regulated manufacturing environment.

• Oversee site Quality Assurance activities
• Maintain and improve quality systems in line with GMP requirements
• Manage deviations, CAPAs, change controls, investigations, and document control
• Review quality documentation and support compliance processes
• Support audit and FDA inspection readiness
• Partner with cross-functional teams to uphold site quality standards

• Experience in Quality Assurance within a regulated manufacturing environment
• Background in OTC, pharma, personal care, or similar regulated categories
• Strong knowledge of GMP and quality systems
• Experience with CAPAs, deviations, investigations, and change control
• Prior FDA audit or inspection exposure preferred
• Strong communication skills and a hands‑on approach
