Now Hiring Quality Control Inspector
Riverside, CA
Pay: $27.00 per hour
Shift: 5 AM - 1:30 PM, Mon - Fri
OverviewJoin the crew as a Quality Control Inspector in Riverside and keep quality locked in from start to finish. Every part you check helps the line stay strong, the work stay steady, and the team stay proud.
Qualifications- Associate's Degree from a two-year college or technical school and/or three 1-2 years of related inspection experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Certified Mechanical Inspector certification and ISO 9001 experience preferred
- Strong mechanical inspection skills with attention to accuracy and detail
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and technical documentation
- Ability to communicate effectively in one-on-one and small group settings
- Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
- Ability to apply common-sense reasoning to follow detailed written and oral instructions
- Proficiency with database, spreadsheet, and word processing software
- Experience with calibration software preferred
- Strong dependability, attendance, and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, reach, and lift up to 25 pounds as required
- Ability to work in a moderate-noise manufacturing or inspection environment
- Set up and perform accurate mechanical inspections of machined parts using standard inspection equipment, including sine plates and optical comparators
- Conduct receiving, in-process, and final inspections for parts, components, assemblies, weldments, and wiring harnesses
- Review work for accuracy, completeness, and proper authorization
- Maintain, file, and manage inspection records, reports, and quality documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Manage multiple tasks effectively while adapting to changing priorities and deadlines
- Communicate clearly and work collaboratively with employees across departments
- Participate in proactive efforts to achieve departmental and company quality goals
- Perform additional duties as assigned
