All About Style: A team of consultants who deliver strong operations, guest experience, and visual merchandising presentations that inspire guests and build the basket. A Style Consultant focuses on operations, guest experience, and in-store presentations that enable quick in-store self-discovery.

• Our guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest-first culture across the store
• Retail business fundamentals including department sales trends, inventory management, guest shopping patterns, pricing and promotions strategies, and basic visual merchandising
• Industry trends including style, seasonality, and brand differentiation
• Set, fill, and price the floor according to what is most important to the guest

• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signage, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and support guest needs.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and visual merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity.
• Maintain backroom organization to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price change processes with clearance merchandising and signing execution.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and help guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by ensuring merchandise from fitting rooms and guest services is worked back out to the sales floor.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance.
• Work safely; comply with safety policies, report hazards and correct where possible.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive-up while complying with relevant laws.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with their needs.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• You enjoy interacting and helping others, including guests and team members.

• You are open to a flexible schedule (including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak times).
• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel and accessories; welcoming attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology.
• Effective communication skills; able to work independently and with a team; resolve guest questions quickly.
• Ability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish tasks within time frames.

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Climb ladders; frequently lift or move merchandise up to 15 pounds and occasionally up to 44 pounds with or without assistance.
• Flexible work schedule; reliable attendance required.
• Capable of working in varying temperatures and conditions (Drive-Up, carryout, etc.).
• Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a shift (shift length may vary).
