Student Hardware Clerk - Tisdale Home Centre
Must be available weekends and summer months
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Provide a professional approach to work concerning areas such as attitude, dependability, and appearance.
- Provide a level of service to all customers that meets the Co-operatives standards in courtesy and efficiency.
- Maintain a constant alert against unauthorized removal of merchandise.
- Perform heavy lifting as required.
- Complete safety training as required.
- Provide information, assistance and customer service in a manner that will promote the sale of merchandise in a friendly and courteous way.
- Become familiar with all hardware merchandise and maintain a high level of product knowledge.
- Perform key cutting and paint mixing tasks.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working with the public.
- Must be available for work a variety of shifts including weekends.
