Under direct supervision, the Dairy Deli Frozen Clerk will provide friendly, courteous, and helpful service. Key duties include:

• Assisting customers, cleaning display cases, and cleaning shelves.
• Cleaning, filling, and rotating the self‑serve displays within the Dairy Deli Frozen Department.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Meeting physical requirements such as lifting up to 60 pounds, standing, walking, and kneeling for extended periods.

• Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, pricing codes, shelf tags, and memos.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees.
• Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uncomplicated written or oral instructions.
• Regularly lift and move up to 25 pounds; frequently lift up to 45 pounds; occasionally lift up to 60 pounds.

• Basic PC/Outlook skills.
• Retail Management Certificate.
