• Communicates and explains membership types, programs, and benefits to members, assists with account decisions, builds membership levels, encourages renewals, and promotes the value of Sam's Club products and services.
• Provides Customer Member service by acknowledging customers, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting products and services while maintaining a safe shopping environment.
• Maintains area of responsibility by cleaning, organizing, and ensuring accurate pricing signage for the gas station and car wash area.
• Handles claims, returns, redistricting, shrink, and damages in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Receives, stocks, and organizes merchandise supplies from distribution centers and suppliers, maintaining accurate paperwork and logs.
• Operates cash registers and related tools to process purchases using appropriate procedures for different payment types and items.
• Operates and maintains gas station/car wash equipment and provides product and service to customers in line with company policies.

Hourly wage range: $18.00 to $26.00 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation may be paid in premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

Must be 18 years of age or older.
