Position Summary

Sam's Club #6378 located at 6363 Valley Springs Pkwy, Riverside, CA . The role involves providing member service, maintaining checkout and store areas, resolving member issues, promoting products, and ensuring compliance with safety and security standards.

• Provide member service and handle member purchases, including payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Maintain checkout area and other store zones, ensuring merchandise is properly handled, organized, and displayed.
• Assist members with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and transporting items.
• Conduct safety sweeps and report unsafe situations to facility management.
• Verify member membership cards, review receipts, and safeguard assets by monitoring for potential criminal activity.
• Maintain entrance and exit areas, keeping them safe and orderly.
• Assist with training of Member Frontline Services associates on processes, new technology, and program rollouts; provide continuous learning and process improvement opportunities.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
• Complete work assignments and priorities by collaborating with managers and coworkers, identifying deadlines, and communicating progress.
• Identify shrink, damages, and other merchandise issues and report accordingly.
• Execute emergency response procedures and maintain documentation logs.

• Retail experience including operating front‑end equipment such as a cash register.
• Experience working with mobile retail applications.

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 to $27.00. Additional premium compensation may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on factors such as schedule, facility, season, or work performed.
