Job Description. ABOUT THE JOB. We are seeking qualified customer service reps with personality and people skills for Domino's Pizza. We offer growth opportunities within the stores, potential advancement to management or franchise ownership, and flexible scheduling to fit part-time or full-time needs.

Job Requirements- You must be 16 years of age or older.
- General duties for all store team members: operate all equipment; stock ingredients from delivery area to storage/work area/walk-in cooler; prepare product; receive and process telephone orders; take inventory and complete associated paperwork; clean equipment and facility daily.
Orientation and on-the-job training provided.
Communication Skills- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders by phone and in person.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (calculator may be used).
- Must be able to make correct monetary change.
- Verbal and written communication to take and process orders.
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid and precise movements.
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
- Exposure to varying weather conditions when performing outside tasks.
- In-store temperatures range from 36°F (cooler) to 90°F and above in some areas.
- Sudden changes in temperature; exposure to food odors and cornmeal dust.
- Cramped walk-in cooler and hot surfaces up to 500°F or higher; sharp edges and moving parts.
- Talking and hearing on telephone; near and mid-range vision for in-store tasks; depth perception.
- Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze data, and make judgments and decisions.
Additional InformationPhysical requirements include standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping/bending, crouching/squatting, reaching, hand tasks, and use of machines/equipment. Standing and walking for extended periods, handling deliveries weighing up to 50 pounds, lifting cases and supplies, carrying items such as cans and sauce, and frequent hand-eye coordination are typical.
