As a Distribution Center Associate for our Retail side, you'll play a key role in processing and shipping merchandise to keep our stores stocked and ready for our customers. Think of yourself as the magic behind the scenes, ensuring our products make it from our DC to our fans.

- 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 4AM-12:30PM
- 2nd Shift, Monday-Friday, 12:30PM-9PM
- Shift schedule may vary based on operational needs; overtime may be requested during peak season.
- Pack and prepare orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of retail orders, supporting a smooth workflow.
- Enter relevant data into PTL and other DC systems.
- Receive and stock new merchandise, ensuring inventory is up to date.
- Communicate with management about any production issues.
- Follow company policies on safety, cleanliness, and ethical standards.
- Monitor and reorder production supplies as needed.
- Follow procedures and suggest process improvements.
- Load and unload trailers via pallet jacks or other equipment provided by the DC.
- Pick allocated units from reserved areas for shipment to stores.
- Assist operations teams in clearing conveyor jams to maintain workflow.
- Perform inventory checks and research within the DC system.
- Reliable transportation to commute to and from work.
- Previous experience in a distribution center preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to pull and push up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team, demonstrating initiative and flexibility.
- Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to team and company success.
- Ability to communicate and understand English.
$18 - $18.50 an hour. Pay may vary based on education, location, and experience.
