We are looking for an Assistant Manager to oversee store operations, ensuring cost control, inventory management, cash handling, and exceptional customer relations.

• Oversee all aspects of store operations during shift.
• Maintain cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage staffing, paperwork, work schedule, and store cleanliness.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a great store image.
• Handle marketing activities and ensure good branding.
• Coordinate transportation and ensure punctuality.

• High school diploma or equivalent; BA preferred.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, or team management.
• Strong math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide) and ability to perform cash handling accurately.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to give correct instructions and process orders.
• Proficiency with POS, computers, and touch screens.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record (for delivery responsibilities).

Shift type may involve working in varying temperatures (36°F–90°F+), exposure to food odors, dust, and hot surfaces. Required physical activities include standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying, pushing, climbing, and stooping. The role includes occasional delivery tasks involving driving, walking, and climbing stairs.
