What to expect when you work here
As a Receiving Specialist, you will manage the store's backroom operations by receiving products into the POS system, keeping products organized and accounted for, and assisting with weekly pallet processing. You will also process damaged or defective products back to the Fulfillment Center and report these items to the Inventory Control Team. Additionally, you will work with the management team to ensure adequate stock for customer purchases, maintain merchandise, and ensure proper signage and shelf placement.
Responsibilities- Receive products into the POS system and maintain accurate inventory records
- Keep products organized and accounted for in the backroom
- Process weekly pallets and route damaged/defective items back to the Fulfillment Center
- Report damaged/defective items to the Inventory Control Team
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure adequate stock levels for customer purchases
- Maintain merchandise presentation and proper signage and favorable shelf placement

- Maintain store presentation according to company standards, including store housekeeping, merchandising, and retail standards for backroom and workstations

- Starting compensation is a fair base rate; if assisting with sales, commission opportunities may apply

- First 5 shifts are base pay only to support training and learning

- Experience with computers and POS systems (particularly Retail Pro)
- Motorcycle riding knowledge or interest is a plus
